We had a wonderful time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff were friendly and welcoming, offering us a glass of champagne upon arrival. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with attractions such as the Santa Croce cathedral and the Duomo within walking distance. the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. We especially enjoyed the special window in the double room, which offered a charming view of the city. the hotel provided us with a memorable and enjoyable experience.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like valued guests. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and even offered us an upgrade upon arrival. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to all the central sights of this city but away from the overcrowded areas. Additionally, the breakfast provided was wonderful, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
